Directed by Aparna Sen, Goynar Baksho follows three generations of women—Rashmani (Moushumi Chatterjee), her niece-in-law Somalata (Konkona Sen Sharma), and granddaughter Chaitali (Srabanti)—bound by a haunted jewellery box. Guided by a witty ghost aunt, they face change and rebellion with humour.
